How much will it cost to ship my order?

Express Delivery is a flat rate of $15 and delivery time is 2-5 days.

Atelier/Child takes no responsibility for any additional fees (including duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges) levied by the destination country.

How long will my order take to ship?

We dispatch all orders within one business day of receiving full payment.

In the rare event of a delay in dispatching your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We will email you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Atelier/Child ships globally. Please see above for information on shipping costs and times.

How do I know what size I need?

Please refer to our size guide for information on sizing. If you are unsure of which size to purchase, please email us at info@atelierchild.com.

Can I request an exchange or refund?

We will happily exchange or refund items purchased from our online store, providing the item is unworn and still in its original condition and packaging with labels attached. Please email info@atelierchild.com within seven days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Product exchange requests are subject to availability, and we do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

Shipping costs (including duties, taxes, customs fees levied by your country) are non-refundable.

Who pays return charges?

Unless we’ve made a mistake, all charges related to returns and exchanges are to be paid by the customer. This includes any taxes or duties levied by your country.

Do you offer gift wrapping?



All Atelier/Child items will arrive beautifully packaged in our signature monochrome style.

Our luxury gift packaging is available by selecting this option at checkout.

What if my order arrives faulty or damaged?

We carefully check all items before dispatch. In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, please email info@atelierchild.com immediately so we can promptly address the issue. All issues must be reported within seven days of receiving your purchase.

Please note that knitwear is delicate and must be treated with care. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect washing are not considered to be faulty.

How should I care for my Atelier/Child piece?

Every Atelier/Child piece is crafted from luxurious natural fibres and must be washed according to the care instructions included on the item.

If you have removed or lost the care instructions for your item, please email us at info@atelierchild.com.

If in doubt about how to care for your garment, the safest method is to hand wash in cool water. After washing, lay flat on a towel and roll inside the towel to remove excess water. Reshape and lay flat to dry. Cool iron on reverse side.

Which payment gateways do you use?

Atelier/Child payments are processed through PayPal and Stripe.
